John Austin & Partners has worked on over 1250 Grade I and Grade II listed historic building projects since its formation in 1986. Working on historic buildings requires a different approach to that employed on modern buildings. The nature of a building and the extent of work required may not be known until after a Contract has been let and work commences on site.
